It's absolutely amazing to see the variety of countries. I jotted down the countries I saw over a couple of days. Here is the list, in no particular order:-

Also, so far two of my JSS Matrices cycled this week, paying me $120. This has been reinvested back into Just Been Paid in the form of matrix Placements and Upgrades.

I have been paid again by newGNi So far I'm very happy with this HYIP.

I have also been paid each day this week by another HYIP, EV Business, but am not promoting it as I believe that it will scam soon. We will know that next week. (Later note: From what I can see, there are already complaints of selective payouts)

Nice Payment - Nice Surprise

I got a nice surprise last night when I logged in to my Just Been Paid - JSS account last night to find payments totalling $715.00 So at last the purchasing of placements and premium upgrades is really beginning to show results!

I have submitted a $300 withdrawal request to Liberty Reserve (my first since the recent restart) and the rest is being used to purchase new Tripler positions, and purchase matrix upgrades.

This has given me the boost I needed after the deflated feeling I experienced after the restart and the loss of so many Triplers. See, they're not lost at all -- focus has shifted to JSS, where the real money is. There IS life after a restart!

JSS - Rebates From Filled Matrices

Just Been Paid -- JSS

This past seven days I have received $535 in rebates (payments) from matrices filled by the Tripler Feed following the Restart. (Some of these are the ordinary daily feed)

I have also received plenty of new Matrix Positions. The total number is now 196. Its nice to think that each of those is worth potentially $60, = $11700! But of course placements and upgrades will have to be purchased, reducing that figure to about $7800. Still not to be sneezed at!

At present I am not withdrawing any money from Just Been Paid, just concentrating on purchasing Tripler Positions, and upgrading matrices. But I hope to resume withdrawals soon.

HYIPs

Following the unexpected demise of Paid Jack, I am left with only one HYIP, and that is newGNI
That site is not available as I write, so I hope that's not going down also. (Later update,site is back)
So I'm looking round for one or two new HYIPs to join. Actually I don't know why I bother, since they usually end in a loss. But they're fun as long as you accept they are a gamble. And there's always the hope of a rare star performer that will last a year or two, giving massive profit.

So next time I post here, there should be at least one new HYIP.

You Can Never Tell

Just yesterday I was writing about Paid Jack, and what a great HYIP it is.

Today I find that it is no longer paying, and is most likely finished.
Luckily for me I did not invest any more money in it, so I just about broke even.
But that's not much good really. We are here to make a profit. You can never really tell how an HYIP will turn out.

Well at least Just Been Paid is still performing well, in spite of the slowdown caused by the restart. That, of course, is the whole point of the restart, so designed to keep Just Been Paid "indefinitely sustainable".
Let us hope it continues to do just that, at least for a while. LOL

As an HYIP, I'm very happy with Paid Jack.,* which I joined last September.
It has survived the difficult end-of-year period, and as far as anyone can tell,
appears to be good to go for many more months (but hey, it could go down tomorrow!) I am thinking of "investing" more in it.

* QUICK UPDATE ON PAID JACK: I just read that some monitors are reporting delayed payments. It may be a false alarm, but hold off on investments until it becomes clear.

newGni is different. It only started last month, and has still to prove itself. I have now received two weekly payments from it, and so I will wait longer before investing any more.

Scam!
I see some posts on forums about what a terrible scam the "oldGNI (Gold Nugget Invest) was, and why no one should invest in newGni (same admin)
Yes it did scam badly in the end, but to quote Paul of MNO:

Basically for the 18 months between October 2008 and around March 2010 the old version of GNI was the biggest single program in the online HYIP industry, comfortably ahead of their nearest competitors.

Cock and Bull Stories
I believe that is what we are looking for when we invest in a hyip (one that will last long enough to get our investment back with some profit) They all, all without exception scam in the end, and we who get involved with them should be aware of that, and pay no attention to the cock and bull stories they invent about how they make their money. They are money games, recycling the investments of members.

Makes me Sick
And so I have little time for the self righteous would be saviours-of-the-world who pontificate in forums about ponzi schemes. They and the cry babies who moan endlessly about losing a dollar or two make me sick! We are each and every one responsible for out own actions.

Whether or not newGni can replicate the success of GNI, I don't know. But I'm willing to give it a chance.

Second Saturday Update about Restart

There were some problems with the Restart
reported in my previous update. We're
reasonably confident that the problems
have been fixed and that the first part
of the Restart is now complete. This is
the part where some of your JSS-Tripler

Only JSS-Tripler accounts opened before
December 15th, 2011 have been affected

That brings things up to date. For me, 75% of my Triplers are being converted to JSS Matrix positions.
When completed I will have 375 of those, potentially worth $22,500 (long term)
But the daily "cash into hand" from Triplers has reduced from $191.80 to $48.00
It will be real interesting to see how all this works out, and how many matrices will fill and pay out after the Tripler Feed.
Restarts are an essential feature of JSS Tripler. I suppose I'm slightly disappointed that the current restart took place so soon after the last one, when we were constantly told that the period would be between 6 and 24 months. But no doubt Fred has his reasons, and hopefully it will all be for the long term good of Just Been Paid.

However, a glitch has apparently occured (says Carl Pearson) so back office information for many members is inaccurate. It should be corrected later today; also the 2% payout will be made later today.

Carl frequently says that 2% cannot be paid out forever, so the only way to keep the program running is through the restart feature, when many Tripler positions are siphoned off to JSS. So in theory it's for the good of us all. Hmmm.........I wonder........I hope so. At present my paying Tripler positions have gone from 960 to 0! Yes, a big fat ZERO*, apparently that is part of the glitch, and should be fixed later. I certainly hope so. It's wait and see time,

2012, The Best Year Ever?

The VERY BEST PROGRAM of the past year for me, and for many others is without doubtJUST BEEN PAID. And not just the past year. It's the best program EVER! And the good news is that because of the sustainability factor built into it, its set to last for a very long time. Barring the unforeseen of course (and we all know how that can sometimes rear up and hit us in the face) But the intention is to keep Just Been Paid in operation for years, and my understanding is that the owner Frederick Mann has many new ideas up his sleeve all geared towards making this program Indefinitely Sustainable (the program's favourite slogan)

So if Just Been Paid, and it's components Tripler and Synergy Surf (and new components on the way) live up to their promise, 2012 should be the best year ever for many of us .

Of course we will most likely have to experience another RESTART of Tripler during the year, and that will probably be a testing time. Also the very rapid membership growth present it's own challenges. But there is huge dedication among the members and owners that I believe will see us through any temporary difficulties. This dedication is in evidence every day in the Conference Room where Anne Bates and her team handle members problems all day long, occasionally having to deal with some very obnoxious people. And they do all this with great good humour.

So Roll On 2012, and never mind the predictions of doom and gloom we see on the internet and elsewhere. Anyway I believe most of those are hot air just like the Millenium Bug was (for those of us who remember it)

Jss Tripler and Tripler 2

I must be getting seriously lazy, as I haven't updated this blog for over two weeks. But to tell the truth, there isn't much to write about at present, as I am now involved only in two HYIPs (Macro Trade and Paid Jack) both of which are paying like clockwork, and that amazing money machine, Just Been Paid! which pays me like I've never been paid before in any online program.

I have decided to wait until mid January before joining any new programs, mainly because the month of December has such a bad reputation for program failure (admins running off with the cash to fill their Christmas Stockings) But does Black December deserve it's reputation?

I have just read an interview that the great blogger Blondie did with David Bell, the admin of Tripler2, in the course of which David says "I have seen no evidence whatsoever to support the 'Black December' theory"

And speaking of Tripler2, I am not a member of that program. I decided not to join when it first came to my notice (end October) because I have to admit the writings of its admin in the Just Ben Paid forum of MMG struck me as very arrogant with a "Johnny Know It All" attitude to the perceived shortcomings of JBB.

Furthermore the choice of name for his program (Tripler 2) I thought was ignorant in the extreme, and still do. It's OK to do a copycat program, but to name it after Frederick Mann's very successful JSS Tripler is not only bad form, but leads to confusion. Several times when in the Just Been Paid Conference Room I have seen people asking if Tripler 2 is part of JSS Tripler. But the name gets attention. I suppose that's the idea.

Well that's my little rant about Tripler 2. And having said all that, David Bell comes across as very reasonable in his interview with Blondie. Also there are some great people (members) in the program So will I re-consider? Maybe. But not just yet. After all, it's still Black December! (;-)

Since I last wrote on any of my "income opportunities" on October 24, very little has happened,(except the apparent demise of Wealth share Club)

On a big positive note, Just Been Paid Tripler just keeps paying 2% every day without fail.

Also my two remaining HYIPs Macro Trade and Paid Jack keep paying, in spite of my previous misgivings.

Here are some recent payments received:-

On a less positive note, for one reason or another the set up of the feed from Tripler to JSS continues to be delayed.Since many are hoping the full implementation of this feed will result in the filling of many matrices, and hence many payments of $60.00, this is causing much frustration among members.

The latest incident was a suspension of hosting account explained by Fred Mann thus:

If you are new to JustBeenPaid, I
apologize for your difficult start, but
we've lost use of our web site for a
few hours - maybe it will be back up
and running by the time you receive
this E-mail.
It seems that our registrar didn't get
an answer back from us quickly enough, so
they decided to suspend our account until

today also (even my ISP does not allow

had to temporarily close parts of the

Getting There and Getting Paid

Over the past few weeks, members of Just Been Paid have got used to various predictions from Admin and his representatives, such as "SOON" or "TOMORROW" or "IN A FEW DAYS"!!!!!!! LOL

The completion of the move to new offshore servers, the restart, and reorganisation is taking very much longer than originally indicated, but it is happening, and does seem to be finally getting there. However I listened to Carl on this morning's conference call, and heard him saying that it will still be a few more days before Just Been Paid is fully up and running. I for one can't wait.

In the meantime I'm happy to report that two of my JSS Matrices cycled, paying me $120, and my total number of matrices has now increased from 36 to 93 due to the restart. Each of those is potentially worth $60, = $5580!!
Also I was able yesterday to withdraw $120 in Tripler payments to Alert Pay, and this was received within 24 hours.

Got Paid by Wealth Share Club.

Safe Depositary is now dead, and has gone to HYIP Hell.

I got paid again this week my Macro Trade, but have not got much confidence in its future.

And now it seems that Paid Jack is having problems:

I consider the announcement of a debit card by an HYIP a major red flag!

Whether or not that is genuine, the downtime will probably kill them. In addition some of their clients have complained to Alert Pay, who have blocked their account, so as far as I'm concerned they are finished. So although I'm in profit with SD and Macro, it will be all wiped out with Powerful Strategy.

Well, Well, Well, that's the nature of the beast. Complaint Over!

At least Paid Jack (7% weekly For Ever!) continues to do well. I'm depending on it now to last, if not forever, for a few months at least.

Still Waiting, But Getting Paid!

Members of Just Been Paid/JSS/Tripler are still waiting for the full implementation of all the Restart Features.

Phase 1 of the Restart was completed during the past week, and all went well.

From a recent update:-

Our next implementation task is to complete Phase 2 of the Restart -- adding the JSS positions created by converting JSS-Tripler positions.
Then we'll get the JSS-Tripler feed into JSS going - for every 4 of your JSS-Tripler positions that mature, you get one JSS position.
After that we'll get JSS itself fully functional again.

Unfortunately the full implementation of these changes is taking longer than indicated (as we have come to expect!) and the latest projection for the completion of this phase is next Friday, 14th October. (But don't hold your breath, He He!)

But at least we are getting paid 2% every day on our Tripler positions, and that is good, Very Good!

I was in Dublin's National Concert Hall last Friday night, and saw/heard Julian Rachlin playing both viola and violin along with and conducting Ireland's National Symphony Orchestra.

This was one of the most exciting and uplifting concerts I have ever attended, especially the playing of Beethoven's Violin Concerto. I have heard that concerto many times, both live and in recordings, but never before a performance that affected me so much. It really brought tears of joy to my eyes!
The very packed audience was similarly moved, and the performance received a very spontaneous and rapturous standing ovation.

Time For Change

I got tired of my old blog template, and am trying a new one. I'm not sure if I like it as it is , and will probably be "mucking about" with it for a while to come. I may even go back to the old one eventually, but let's see.

Today I received my first payout from PAID JACK, a HYIP earning its money from the Poker Business (they say) Payments are 7% a week for as long as the program lasts. How long it will last is of course the big question. The answer to that depends on how well the program is managed, and what the intentions of the owner are. The new HYIP season is now well under way. I have joined two and made test spends.

They are Paid Jack, and Divatri.

Both are good looking sites with excellent security and have the potential to do well, if they manage to last for a few months. By all means have a look, but be careful about spending at this early stage.

BEWARE! There are already rumours circulating about Divatri, And Paul of MNO has dropped it from his listing. Await further news.

LATER UPDATE: It has been revealed by MNO that Divatri is owned/administered by Ali Al-Jibouri, allegedly notorious as a scammer and racist bigot. Read about it here. I'm not sure how much of this is personal between Paul and Ali, but if there is even a hint of truth in any of this, and until solid evidence to the contrary is produced, I prefer not to promote Divatri.

The Slow Death Of Gorgon

The once great great HYIP, Gorgon Project Invest, is dying a slow death. No payments have been made for at least a week, and I think its days are numbered. Do not invest there.
On a more cheerful note, Just Been Paid is s-l-o-w-l-y getting its act together, and we should be able to buy new tripler positions soon. Soon is a much quoted word in the forums and chatroom in connection with the full restart of Just Been Paid, lol. So I won't repeat any of the mentioned timeframes, just wait and see!

My other HYIPs etc (see banners on the right) are all doing ok. More updates later.

Just Been Paid Update

Those of us who are members of Just Been Paid have had our patience severely tested recently, as the move to the new off-shore server has taken much longer than the three days originally promised. However we can take heart from the fact that the server move has finally happened. But much still remains to be done. We have been promised that the JBP site will be much simplified (I think the old one was far too complicated and scared off many would be newbies)

Right now there is very limited access, and the Restart Feature has not yet been implemented. The following is an adaption of a post I made today in the MMG forum:-

What I'd call Part 1 of Step 1 of the move and site improvements has been completed.
The server move has been completed, and we can now log in and update our profiles.

So its onward and upward from here!

Carl said yesterday that once Step 1 has been completed, the remaining steps will move faster.
But for the moment let's take that with a pinch of salt. As long as it does keep moving and everything is done correctly , the speed doesn't matter that much. And it's said that patience is a virtue, so its good for the soul, lol.

Those who want to keep up to date should visit the Conference Room regularly. It's open virtually 24/7 now, not just when Carl is there, with knowledgeable people such as Ann Bates and Snoop Dog (Cyber Ceo) moderating. They have the latest information, and if they haven't they'll tell you! But if anyone tries to stir up trouble they'll be kicked out quickly (after a warning!)

I look forward to the long life of Just Been Paid, while waiting impatiently for the full 8 steps of the move and restart to be completed

Indefinitely sustainable? I don't know, but its making a real attempt to be so, much more than any such program I have ever come across before, and I'm happy to support it.

Gorgon's Problems

Gorgon Project Invest is still having problems, with the site being again down for twelve hours due to a database issue. Also there are delays in paying to Liberty Reserve due to a shortage of funds while accounts are being replenished. (No problems with the other Payment Processors)

Too many problems piling up is never a good sign, as it leads to loss of confidence by investors, which will ruin any program, even one as good as this. Will Gorgon survive? At this stage I don't know, but have to advise caution to anyone thinking of investing there. It's wait and see time.

Frustration and Resolution

OMG what a frustrating week! Between Gorgon Project Invest and Just Been Paid (my two biggest payers) its been a very challenging time.

As you can see from previous posts, Gorgon has been "off the air" for much of the past week due to a difficult change to a new server. So of course it was not possible to access the site for that period. This led to much wailing and gnashing of teeth on the forums, especially Talk Gold, Where the Scam Screamers were out in force. Those gloating hyenas couldn't wait to feast on the remains of Gorgon Project Invest, despite the fact that the admin issued frequent updated on Twitter and to MNO Blog, keeping his clients updated and assuring them that Gorgon would return. But that was not good enough for the vultures, who kept on screaming scam.

I'm happy to say that this time at least they were proved wrong. Yesterday the site came back up, and I and others were able to request and receive withdrawals.

So Gorgon, yet again, lives to fight another day!! Many thanks to Paul the Admin of Gorgon Project Invest, and one of the best in the business.

With Just Been Paid, there are some similarities. The site was up ok, but it has been extremely difficult and frustrating to try and log into the back office of either JSS Tripler, or Synergy Surf. As Admin Frederick Mann says, they are a victim of their own success, and the planned need to move to new off-shore servers has become very urgent. So urgent that access to the site has been disabled to allow this to proceed as quickly as possible.

FYO, I have copied the following update from the admin of Gorgon, from the MNO Blog

“Once again we had a very frustrating day trying to sort out configuration issues with our new server. Our set up is not that simple compared to your run of the mill web site, we need to consider security and have multiple components that all need to work together and cannot be thrown together quickly. Our script is also highly modified and requires additional tweaking and modification. So, over the last few days in a mad rush to get the new server up and running a few things did not go to plan and caused this delay.
Now, the good news is, that virtually everything is ready, all we are waiting for now is the database, because once it was all connected it started to process 4 days worth of interest payments for our 11000 members. So no one can log in just yet as the database is working flat out to get everything in order and ‘catch up’ with itself. This answers the question on many of your lips, ‘Will we be paid interest during the downtime’? The answer is yes.
So, another day goes by with no web site on line, but all is well behind the scenes and we are looking good to be well and truly back on Wednesday.

Gorgon Project Invest website has been down for the past couple of days.They are moving to new servers, and are encountering problems.

They should be back sometime on Tuesday, although it may take longer for the site to propagate to all parts of the world.

Pretty Potatoes and "Synergy Surf"

I'm growing potatoes in my garden this year. Now potatoes are not normally thought of as "pretty plants", but the following photo I took the other day, a close up of the potato flower, belies this.

The following photo is an overview of my potato plot, with ripening apples in the background, and my runner bean "wigwam" poking up.

I've been getting excited about the possibilities of the "Indefinitely Sustainable" JSS Tripler and Synergy Surf. I think the reason why I delayed is that at first glance (in spite of the baby ad) it all seemed very complicated. But after studying it for a while, I find that it is really not so difficult to understand after all. I have been sitting in recently on some of the Daily Web Conferences led by Carl Pearson, and the good news is that (A) The website will move shortly to new larger offshore servers, and (B) The Program is to be simplified.

The following post entitled "Love and Existence, Scary Stuff!" is taken from my other Blog, "The Grateful Living Dead". Whether you like it or not, I'm sure you'll agree it is "Something Different". EVP stands for Electronic Voice Phenomenon, the recording of supposed spirit voices using electronic means. Anyone interested in researching it further should Google EVP or TransCommunication, or visit Association TransCommunication Website

Because of the strange quality of many of the recorded voices, they need to be listened to very carefully, preferably with good headphones. You need to "develop an ear" for them.

"Love and Existence, Scary Stuff!

I recorded the following EVPs yesterday, using an FM sweep on a small portable radio. I didn't bother asking a question, because the vast majority of times in my experience the question is not answered or referred to at all.

So I just turned on the radio (above) and swept the dial while recording for 30 seconds to Audacity in my computer. Listening carefully through the recording (after applying some noise reduction and amplification) I could hear several mostly indistinct EVPs, but the following, a woman's voice saying "I love you" stood out clearly. I find messages such as that are quite common, whatever recording messages are used. It could of course be addressed to me, possibly because the spirit or entity is happy to be recorded or noticed; but equally it often seems that those recording are somehow "listening in" or eavesdropping on the conversations of others.

The real surprise however came when when I reversed the recording (played it backwards) Anyone who records for EVPs using radio sweep whether manual or automatic (ghost boxes) knows that it is very possible to pick up complete words from broadcasts, and so get "false positives" Indeed the sceptics insist that is what we are getting all the time. But to receive messages in a reversed recording greatly increases the likelihood that they are genuine.

In this recording when reversed I heard two EVPs a few seconds apart, in what sounds like the same voice. I have strung them together here. Click on the following and see if you can hear them:

AM I EXISTING? ----- THIS IS SCARY!

A possible interpretation of this is that the speaker has just "crossed over" and is surprised to find himself in the afterlife---still existing and scared because it was not what he expected. Although there were none in this recording, I frequently receive "Help Me" messages from entities probably in a similar situation. Afterlife researchers often state that those who look for help will receive it.

A recent post in Michael Prescott's Blog about the American spiritual Goin' Home reminded me of the great Paul Robeson, (actor, concert singer, athlete, lawyer, social activist) an all time hero of mine.

When I was about ten years old my parents bought me for my birthday an old fashioned wind up gramophone (phonograph) and collection of 78rpm records. And that is how I came to love classical music, opera, and the singers of the past, rather than the Beatles, Rolling Stones, and others that my generation revered (not knocking them at all - a lot of their songs are great). Chief among these was the Irish tenor John McCormack and the afore mentioned Paul Robeson. I vividly remember in 1960 listening to Robeson (then near the end of his career) on BBC Radio, where he had a regular slot on Sunday nights.

What's Another Year?

I wish the days, weeks, months , years would stop flying by, or at least slow down. But No, they just keep whirling around faster and faster.

What has prompted this outburst is the realisation that (1) over a week has passed since my last post, though it just seems like a couple of days, and (2) today July 1st 2011 is my birthday, and boy has that year flown by.

All my HYIPs are doing exceptionally well, and I'm getting paid by all of them, and am in profit in some. The only fly in the ointment is Ad2Million, with expected payout dates getting pushed further and further into the future (at least in my case that is so) I suppose the less said the better.

The "Estimated Pay Date" of my next pending withdrawal which was due on 4th June (after previous moves) was last week moved to 16th June, and now I see its been moved again, this time to 26th June. On top of that I have twelve more pending withdrawals. I doubt if I will receive any of them, and as far as I'm concerned Ad2Million is now a BIG SCAM. Selective payments only are being processed, and members are being strung along by constant promises of new improvements in the pipeline. The writing has been on the wall for some time, but it is now clear. Do not join Ad2Million, and do not put any new money into it!

Perpetual Motion at Ad2Million!

There's never a dull moment at Ad2 Million, particularly with regard to withdrawals. The estimated pay date is almost in a state of perpetual motion. Over the past few months these dates have been moved many times.

In my last post I mentioned that my latest estimated dates had been move back five days. Then yesterday they were moved further back again, this time by seven days. And lo and behold today I see they have been altered again to where they were the day before yesterday. So maybe yesterday's move was a glich of some kind.

All the above is a rather long-winded way of saying that according to the latest estimates, I am due a payout of $240.00 tomorrow 4th June 2011. I have been waiting a long time for that payment, and am very interesred to see if I get it on time! The last payment I received was on 1st May, even though I make weekly withdrawals. Ideally I should have been receiving weekly payments, so that just indicated how far back payouts have been pushed back.

But at least Ad2M is still making payments, (according to forum posts) even if very late.

Exotic FX
Not so Exotic FX, whose admin Charles promised to pay all investors before going private.

Yesterday he posted as follows on their blog:

"In our efforts to ensure all of you weretaken care of, we have purchased large quantities of Liberty Reserve. However,as we reported last week, those funds have been delayed for reasons that were
absurd. Yet another roadblock on our path to restructure. Since last Fridaywe have not been able to make contact with the provider. Discovery Attemptsare unrewarded.

We have attempted to reverse the Bank Wireused to purchase the ecurrency but were unable to complete a reversal as theirbank account is closed. No funds are recoverable.

In lieu of this additional disaster, wehave no choice but to discontinue service completely. We cannot bear thisadditional loss.

We regret that this is our last day online.

We are returning what we can. But it willnot be enough to cover your losses.

We sincerely apologize for the results ofthis program."

So after all the promises, Charles has revealed himself as a scammer and thief, who just stole the money and ran when things got difficult, like so many before him. The website and blog have now gone. End of another promising story!

Gorgon Project Invest, and More Updates

I'm still getting over a very nasty cold that laid me low on return from my holiday, and haven't really been in the mood for updating this blog. As I'm slowly getting back to normal, I decided to make the effort! (Big Deal!)

First of all, in spite of all the problems it has had, Gorgon Project Invest has come up smiling. ( You didn't know an HYIP can smile?--well this one can!) Alert Pay blocked their account, which would normally immediately kill any HYIP. Gorgon responded by setting up their own Exchange Center so that Alert Pay users could withdraw to LR, or the new payment processor Global Digital Pay. This was about five weeks ago, and the system has been working perfectly. I have taken full advantage of it, and have made several withdrawals to GDP with no problems. I see Gorgon's Alexa Graphs are on the rise and it is listed #1 on MNO. So Well Done Gorgon in overcoming major setbacks. For me it is the top HYIP of the year, even if it collapsed tomorrow!

Exotic FX
Alert Pay also blocked the account of another potential High Flier, ExoticFX. This has now led to its effective closure, and to the announcement that it will continue as a private program. Admin Charles has offered refunds to those who do not wish to go with the private program. I invested more than usual in Exotic FX, and have decided to ask for a refund. So we'll see what happens!.

New HYIPs
I have joined and invested in a couple of new HYIP's, as it is always necessary to diversify. They are Gulf Reserve and Primfix

I'm testing the waters with them now. If anyone wishes to join under me you are of course welcome, but remember we are now coming into the summer months which is an exceptionally challenging time for all HYIPs, and many of them will not survive. So take that on board and be cautious.

Thats enough for now. Except that I'd like to mention that all my many pending payments from Ad2Million were recently pushed back another five days, and the next one is due on 4th June. So, as so often, lets see what happens. Also there have been to my mind some "unpleasant happenings" in that program with regard to leading member and promoter Blondie who was kicked out of the program. Incidentally I recently achieved my 500th position in Ad2Million, which was my long term goal. And I'm stopping there (except for mandatory purchases ) until I can see exactly where its going - including possibly nowhere!

I'm back from the Canary Islands where I had a fabulous holiday with wonderful warm weather. Unfortunately when I got home it seems to have reverted to winter, cold and miserable and belting down large hailstones! I've also brought home a streaming cold, so feeling a little sorry for myself at the moment (man-flu and all that!) I will post some Canaries Pictures later when I am more organised.

Gorgon Project Invest. One of my withdrawal requests has now been pending for a week, well outside the 24-48 hour time frame, and I see on MMG that some others are also experiencing delays. I queried this with support, and received a quick reply:

We are still have some problems with LR withdrawals. LR withdrawal are
still being processed but more slowly than normal. They should be
completed in few days. Sorry for inconvenience. If you don't want to wait,
you can exchange your money in Exchanging Center to GDP and withdraw it
fast. If you don't want to exchnage your money, you have to wait few days
more.

Hi all, I'm on a break now, and will be spending the next ten days in Sunny Spain (Canary Islands) hopefully enjoying sea, sand, sun, and whatever else life comes up with! (;-)

I'm not sure what kind of Internet Access I'll have, so I may be missing for the next while.

When I get back, I hope to have some good things to say about Ad2Million. It's been going through growing pains for the last while (membership as I write stands at a remarkable 19,000 ) and payouts have been erratic and much delayed. But it seems that things are lookin up now, and payouts are again being reported on the forums. So I hope that by the time I return home, Ad2Million will be swinging again.

We have extended the time that it takes for us to complete withdrawals from 24 - 48 hours to allow staff extra time to prepare payments. This is due to a huge avalanche of increased demand for Liberty Reserve payments from AlertPay users., due to the issues we have with AlertPay withdrawals.
We have also stopped instant payments due to the stress it puts on our system and because of security considerations due to the large amounts of funds now required.

This new procedure for withdrawal payments starts from today, Saturday 30th April.

Just be cautious about new investments. It's probably OK, but when changes are being made in any hyip, its better to be safe than sorry!

For me, among HYIPs, Gorgon Project Invest has so far been the star performer this year. It pays consistently and often instantly, and has overcome several major problems, hardly missing a beat while doing so.

Their latest problem concerns Alert Pay. On 21st April Gorgon advised:

Due to our AlertPay account inexplicably being placed under "Temporary Hold" we have had to stop AlertPay deposits for the time being. We have no idea why we are faced with this problem, but we are sure we can resolve it and get back to normal as soon as possible.This unfortunately does include AlertPay withdrawals as our whole account is affected.

They immediately tackled the problem by setting up an Exchange Center, while in the middle of a major server migration!

And today I received another email from Paul, the Admin of Gorgon Project Invest:

Many of you would be aware that we have an issue with AlertPay and that we are awaiting confirmation from them that our account will be 'unlocked' and that we can continue making AlertPay payments to you. Unfortunately we have not had a response for over a week and are in limbo until we have some kind of indication of what's happening.
I would have assumed that we would have an answer one way or the other by now, or even a reason to why the account was blocked in the first place!

But, not to worry. We have a strong contingency plan and it is already in place and working rather well. If you are still making AlertPay withdrawals you are quite welcome to sit it out and wait for AlertPay to unlock the account. As soon as we have access we can complete ALL pending AlertPay withdrawals.
You also have the option of converting the AlertPay to Liberty Reserve or Global Digital Pay and withdrawing this way or just reinvesting the amount while we wait.

Whatever method you choose we are more than happy for you to continue to make your own choice for at least another week. We want to try to make this little hiccup a non issue and not panic anyone. We have the AlertPay funds, we have the LibertyReserve funds and all is under control. We do however want your patience as the additional and unpredictable load on our Liberty Reserve account means automatic withdrawals are virtually impossible to keep up (our Liberty Reserve withdrawals have doubled since we added the Exchange feature), so please dont go into a spin if your withdrawal is not instant, but instead takes about 24 hrs to complete.

The worse case scenario is that we will totally ditch AlertPay next week and allow you to exchange your AlertPay funds to a different e-currency.

Perfect Money, Solid Trust Pay and Global Digital Pay withdrawals are not affected apart from time constraints meaning they may also take up to 24 hours to complete.

Once again we would like to thank everyone for their support and understanding.

All this goes to show how pro-active Paul is in meeting problems head on, and how communication helps allay fears. (of course the "usual suspects" were screaming scam while all this was going on)

I have twice made use of their Exchange Service to withdraw to LR, and it has worked flawlessly. So let us see where we go from here. If this AP problem can be fully resolved, Gorgon should be able to continue for some time to come. But then of course the summer months are looming, a time when many HYIPs perish. And so a further challenge ahead!

I just don't do short term HYIPs. They always turn out badly for me. So I'm breaking one of my rules by joining and investing in Extra Income, a program that has been running now for 80 days, and hasn't missed a beat!

Also of course the norm with these programs is to join as early as possible, so there's another rule broken. But I suppose it's the gambler in me just wants to see how it goes, as it really has been a high flyer, and unfortunately only came to my notice now.

I've invested in the basic program, 120% after five days.
I'll let you know how it goes, even if its a total disaster.

It must be my dirty-old-man's-mind, but every time I see the banners for ExoticFX, I seem to see Erotic FX!

Be that as it may, Exotic FX is a HYIP that launched a little over a month ago, and has been making waves since then, having been well received and promoted by some of the leading bloggers and "experts" in the industry (not that that necessarily means anything!)

It does appear however that a great deal of effort has gone into setting up this HYIP, with original script, and security being considered extremely important, nine different layers having been provided. I have been a member for a little over a week now, have made a couple of withdrawals, and everything is running smoothly so far with ExoticFX.

After a few sunny but cool days, I've been tempted out in to my garden to begin the spring cleanup. And as I neglected this for the past couple of years, it really is a mammoth task. Yesterday I was wielding an electric chain saw, chopping down an overgrown bay tree, as well as sone other bushes and small trees that have got way out of line. Here's what the unfortunate bay tree (which was about six feet high before my tender ministrations) looks like today.

Not a prettty site! but I'm sure it will recover quickly.

Meanwhile Ad2Million membership now stands at 9080. Thats up nearly 1500 since I wrote about it here just over a week ago! This averages out at about 180 joining a day, and this is accelerating all the time.
So what more can I say about Ad2Million? I've run out of superlatives. Just this to those who have joined but have not purchase any positions. Don't let this one pass you by, or you'll likely regret it. Of course I don't know how long it will last. As I often stress there are no guarantees whatever in this business, but Ad2Million appears well run and well supported, and could conceivably last for many months, or even years.

In a lesser league, Gorgon Project Invest and Oil Capital are both doing well for me, though I've yet to break even in either. But I'm getting there.

Another HYIP I joined a few weeks ago and made a test spend in, is Vaneax. Unfortunately it has already fallen by the wayside, but the site is still there and as far as I can tell is still accepting investments, So Beware.

I have also joined Inno-Invest, and made a test spend. It's a bit early to say how it may work out.

Another quiet week here, and I'm grateful for that.

The biggest news concerns Ad2Million (yet again) which on Saturday completed its first six months online. I was going to say "celebrated" rather than "completed" but to be honest there is no word of celebration on the website. It is just "business as usual" and in my opinion this is good. Many times I have seen some high flying HYIP with a flashy website celebrating some anniversary or other with bells and whistles and "special offers" enticing new investors in, just before it goes up flames!

But Ad2Million goes quietly about its business, with its ever increading membership now standing at 7628!

This is all due to the dedication of admin Carrie, and the continued support of the members.

No News Is Good News

They say no news is good news, and that is true for the moment in all the hyips etc I'm involved with right now.

No big upheavals or dramas or crises -- just the way I like it with everything jogging along just as it should. Now knowing how things are in this business, that may not last very long, but at the moment I'm enjoying it! :)

Ad2Million continues to amaze, with now over 6000 happy members, growing rapidly every day. I've settled into a pattern of repurchasing for three or four days, and then allowing payments to accumulate for another three to four days before making a withdrawal. At that rate I'm able to withdraw $150 to $200 each week, and that figure will steadily increase as long as Ad2Million keeps cycling, and there's no reason to believe it wont!

Recently I was so happy with Ad2Million (after a really nice payout) I got quite carried away and posted the following on MMG forum:

Also repurchasing and building up my positions: I now hold 180, and my immediate goal is 200.

Sad about Synergy

Its so sad to see Synergy Money bowing out. Ivan has been a great admin, and the program was well run. In my case the program did not last quite long enough. I was just getting near break even point. Another few weeks would have seen me in profit.

Ivan sent out an email today explaining the situation, in the course of which he said "the accounts which are still owed will be refunded to the point of breaking even their investment amount"

Here is the email in full:

Dear all,

This is an important update so please take the time to read it carefully. Given the
recent circumstances in respect to the inflow of funds coming in to the Synergy
Money payment accounts we have to implement some immediate actions. Let me
first say that I will work out a solution that serves best the interest of the
members of Synergy Money.

**What lead to this situation**
The big ROI (considering the 25% return of the serial plan) and the slow growth
during our 3th month. We raised bigger deposits during our 3th month from our
old members who were increasing their accounts regularly but the new members
joining were more reluctant to deposit new money in the program. This is simply
a natural cause and it is better to take actions before the imminent end.

**What is next**
First step will be to disable all deposits and cashouts from the program. Also the
deposits that were made this week will be refunded in full.
Right now I have a list of all the members and how much they have made or did
not make from the program. I will zero out the accounts which gained profit. You
can see if you are in profit or not by the ROI calculation on the home page of your
back office (Wallet funding – Wallet cashouts).
The accounts which are still owed will be refunded to the point of breaking even
their investment amount. In the case of potential opportunity to generate profit on
the top of your principal amount, I will definitely take it under consideration and
pay deserved bonuses to those members. The amount will depend on the success
rate and how the process of those opportunities has performed.

**A matter of consideration**
The whole process might take some time. That is why I am going to refund
specific amounts on biweekly terms. The first refund round will start on 23th of
February. However, investors with losses under $10 will be refunded faster.
Each refund week I will be crediting your account with the appropriate interest on
the difference amount (Wallet funding – Wallet cahsout) and it will be announced
to you via email and published on our News section. I cannot give you an estimate
or a number of how much that would be.
Then, you will be able to request a withdrawal to your payment processor. The
minimum to withdraw will be $1. Your accounts will be reflected with the
difference amount of your invested money and your withdrawals.
I will be keeping you updated on regular bases. I am not going anywhere and the
site will stay online for as long as it takes.

Now none of this on its own means very much. But Oil Capital has been running "under the radar" and paying for over a year now, and it seems that its now spreading its wings and ready to go up in the world. Gorgon Project Invest and Access Tomorrow --- New Hyips

I've been looking at some newish HYIPs recently, trying to decide which will survive long enough to make a profit. It's not easy, and usually it boils down to how I "feel" about the opportunity as it's presented. After all, these are without exception Ponzi Schemes. No matter what it says on the website about how money is earned to pay investors, in fact older investments are paid out from the newer investments coming in. Eventually the bubble will burst, and the scheme will collapse. It always happens!

The only thing that makes a difference is the character of the Admin and how well he/she manages the scheme. A good Admin can keep a HYIP running for many months, maybe even a year or more. We usually know very little about the admin of a program. We can only go by how they present themselves. Some have run programs before, and are known to the hyip community. Others are total unknowns usually under false names, and we have to rely solely on impression.
After that rambling lead in, I just want to say that I feel the need to diversify, and have invested in a couple of new "opportunities"
The first is Gorgon Project Invest

I joined it on 7th January, and it has been paying me like clockwork since then.
There are three investment plans, all easily affordable, and the payment processors are Liberty Reserve, Global Digital Pay, Perfect Money, Pecunix, Alert Pay, and Wire Transfer.

Admin Paul communicates well, and site security is good. So here we have a possible candidate for a leading HYIP for 2011. TIME WILL TELL.

The other hyip I joined recently is Access Tomorrow (turned scam and stopped paying 8th February)

Again three affordable plans, and good security. However the only payment processors available are Liberty Reserve and Perfect Money, so this one should be treated with more caution.
I joined and invested on 6th January. I think I just liked the name! It has being paying unfailingly, but not much communication from the unknown admin, so I'm not pushing it too hard. Treat with caution for the present.

Beacons In The Darkness -- Ad2Million and Synergy Money.

I hope all readers had a Blessed Christmas, and I wish you A Happy and Prosperous New Year!

It's been the low time of year for HYIPs and other such games, and so I've been more or less staying away from them for the past few weeks.

However its getting towards mid-January now, and its time to start looking around again. By now the end of year scams have done their scamming, and some new HYIPs are starting to emerge that may, or may not, make some money for us this year.

But first of all a quick look back. Throughout the dark days of Black December when many of the longer lasting hyips of 2010 as well as the "Here Today Gone Tomorrow" varieties were collapsing all around us, there were two whose light was shining like a beacon in the darkness.

1) Ad2million.com is more correctly described as a cycler rather than a hyip. However the effect is the same. It pays those who purchase advertising positions 2% a day non-stop, for ever. (That is as long as the program lasts) At present it shows no sign of slowing down. Quite the opposite! Membership is growing by leaps and bounds, and after four and a half months the membership stands at 3342, and growing fast. Thanks to Carrie who is a fantastic admin, and Blondie, whose promotion really got Ad2million off the ground and growing.

2) Synergy Money is a HYIP that has several investment plans, including the remarkable Serial Plans. It also has a remarkable admin Ivan, who really seems to have the interests of his investors at heart. Just read all the very genuine testimonials on the website. I'm quoting one here, by Hula:

"What a breath of fresh air Finally we have a true long term money making program with an honest responsible admin. Thank you Ivan for providing us with this golden opportunity. ...Hula"

Synergy Money is now over two months old, and I feel confident that its light will shine for a long time to come, if it has proper support.
I finish this post with another quote from Synergy Money website:

I believe all hyip investors should be involved in these two. A lot of rubbish will come and go in the months ahead, but again, IF THESE TWO ARE PROPERLY SUPPORTED BY THE HYIP COMMUNITY, they should last and give us all a decent return.

For anyone new to all this, I also have to add the disclaimer that the above is only my opinion, and there are no guarantees in this peculiar world of hyip! Be aware of that.

Living With Synergy!

I was back home on Saturday morning from an enjoyable break in Berlin, Germany, where it never stopped snowing, and with all those wonderful Christmas Markets, the atmosphere was magic!

Also back to the crazy world of hyip!

Its rare at this time of year to feel confident about the future of any HYIP, but Synergy Money appears to be bucking the trend.

I was reading in Blondie's Lounge about the excellent Interview that admin Ivan gave to the eBusiness Today blog, and I have to agree that it is refreshingly straight-forward, and gives hope that the program will continue well into 2011.

The program is interesting and innovative (see the unique "Serial Plan") and well worth consideration, even in December!

This being the unreal world of HYIPs, I also have to mention for anyone new to the scene that for a variety of reasons any hyip can fail at any time, and it is necessary to be aware of that. But I believe that we have a good admin in Ivan, and that is more than half the battle.

I joined and invested in Synergy Money 23rd November, and it has been perfect. I have just invested again into the Serial Plan. I'm looking forward to Living with Synergy well into the New Year and beyond!

And Now Flamanta's Gone!

The site is still up and apparently accepting deposits, so be aware, and take care.

December Performance

I took this picture on the morning of 28th November, from my bedroom window. Such weather in November in Ireland is unheard of. I never remember anything like it, and my memory goes back a long time!

We're now well into the first week of Black December, and its living up to its name, with one of the best and long lasting HYIP, Cherry Shares now looking very shaky indeed. Liberty Reserve payments appear to have almost dried up ( I have several pending), although it seems that payments to Alert Pay are still being made. As I write the site has gone down , for me at least. If other sites are piggy backing on Cherry Shares, they are likely to collapse also.
I have again removed the Cherry Shares banner, probably for the last time!

Three HYIPs that seem to be doing very well are Flamanta, Tetra Metals, and Synergy Money.
For me, they are paying like clockwork, and in the case of Flamanta I have just broken even, so from here on it is pure profit!

Also long lasting Red Orchid Invest is still performing admirably. Long may it continue!

And Ad2Million (an HYIP in all but name, paying 2% daily) continues to be a super performer.

Let's see how things go from here. It's a difficult month, and I won't be making any substantial new investments until well into January when hopefully things will be looking up.

Next week (weather permitting) I will be travelling to freezing Berlin for 10 Days, so there will be nothing more from me for a while!

Black December and Beyond

Ad2Million membership now 1357.

Last week I repurchased a position or two every time I had enough available in my members area, so by next Sunday I will be able to withdraw at least $100. I currently hold 81 positions, and my immediate goal is 100 positions. That will be enough to pay me $20 a day, if the current rate of cycling holds.

This 2% daily cycling is really great!

I am looking out for newish HYIPs that will survive through Black December, and on into 2011, and have just joined Tetra Metals

It has been well received by a number of commentators, but that doesn't always mean very much! We will have to see how the game plays out, as always.

I have invested $100 in their Palladium Capital Fund (1.5% daily for 160 business days, principal returned at end) So the $100 should become $340 by the end of the term---if it survives that long.

I'm also looking at another HYIP, but more about that in a couple of days.

Unfortunately Funds-O-Matic is suffering from delayed payments, and I have removed the banner.

My favourites Red Orchid Invest, Cherry Shares, and Oil Structure are doing just great, and I sincerely hope they will survive the upcoming Holidays and live on into 2011---but hope is all I can do. No guarantees in this business!

Turn $10 Into Millions!

Yesterday, Sunday, I put in a request to Ad2Million for $110, and had it in my Alert Pay account within a few hours.

That's what I call service! Admin Carrie runs a really great program. Of course I don't know for how long it will be around, but if it's anything like it's predecessor TenDollarWonder (different Admin) it will be a long time, and hopefully those of us who were in early will make lots of money! I missed the boat with TenDollarWonder and got in too late to make money--In fact I lost quite a bit. But thanks to Blondie and her Blog, I was in early on this one. Membership is climbing steadily, and its probably still a good time to join. Membership is 1212 as I write!

This week I will be concentrating on Re-Purchases which help to keep the show on the road.

By the way, for any who are new to this, the slogan "Turn $10 Into Millions" is theory only. Ad2Millions would have to last for decades for this to happen---and it wont!----but it should be possible to get a good return.

After the demise yesterday of Unite Trade, it was nice to get an optimistic email. Fred of Pawn Shop Fund has issued another of his weekly newsletters in which he announces that Pawn Shop Fund now has 3000 members after 3 months online, and assuring us that PSF will be around for a long time to come. I hope he's right as PSF is now one of my favourites, paying instantly when requests are made. But all promises of longevity I take with a large pinch of salt. Only last week Andy, the admin of Unite Trade, was telling us Unite Trade would be around "for ever", and now its gone!

It looks like the long time payer WBWSO is possibly finished. I have a long pending withdrawal, and so have many others.

Unite Trade Dead and Gone

Unite Trade, by far the best recent short term program, has suddenly collapsed.

The following explanation is from the MNO Blog:

"I have received an email from the admin of UniteTrade who honestly outlined a few reasons why he couldn’t continue to run his program anymore and why this decision was taken so suddenly. It appears that was not due to the lack of funds as the program had many thousands in their accounts and not due to some naysayers who dreamed of seeing UniteTrade collapsing as this will give more room for their own program (UniteTrade was simply the best and too hard to compete with). The reasons were really personal and the admin of UniteTrade Andy asked me not to make it public. So I can’t share it with you, guys, sorry. I only can say that the reasons to close UniteTrade were really serious and that I were able to understand the admin’s motives. He also promised to issue some refunds and to open another program some time."

Apparently some members have received refunds through Alert Pay and STP. Those who invested through LR are unlikely to receive any refunds.

What can you say? That's the way of the HYIP world.

Really, it seems like with the recent Alexa rating for the last few days reaching over 10,000 daily UniteTradeUniteTrade (of being online for over six months paying 120% after 7 days and 150% after 15 days). So it appears that they hired some professional complainers who will now try to encourage AlertPay to suspend their account and therefore causing them damage from which they will not be able to recover. So the member “TomBrinkley” which I believe is paid by UniteTrade‘s competitors started their smear campaign by flooding AlertPay with spam e-mails calling for the suspension of their account. Note that the payments are still being processed fine via AlertPay and the nature of the complaints is simply due to the fact that AlertPay accept HYIPs which imply money laundering charges from the Canadian government. However, in the Legal agreement posted on the AlertPay website it’s clearly shown that HYIPs can be accepted via AlertPay and the account can be suspended only on the grounds of some cheating activities (i.e. fake verification documents etc.). So if the admin of UniteTrade used proper documents for the verification of their business account with AlertPay (like he told me he did in a private email) they have nothing to worry about. If not, then there might be a problem, but I believe that any action can be taken by AlertPay only by the end of this business week (by tomorrow). If there is no action taken then I guess the account can be considered safe and the members should not panic"

Apart from Unite Trade, I got also paid this week by Oil Structure, Cherry Shares, Flamanta, Pawn Shop Fund, Red Orchid Invest, The Vault, and Ad2Million.

By the way Ad2Million is still going from strength to strength,with a membership of 777 as I write!

Unite Trade and PawnShop Fund

I just joined Unite Trade, a short term HYIP, which is riding high at the moment, and looks good for a bit of quick profit.

I invested $100 in the Seven Day program, and hope to be able to withdraw $120 next Friday.

I also joined a longer term program PawnShop Fund a few days ago, and again invested $100, which I hope will pay me 2.10% every day for 60 days, after which time principal can be returned, or left there to keep earning. We'll have to see how that works out. I have already made one instant withdrawal to Alert Pay.

This morning I have requested $50 withdrawal from Ad2Million
So let's see how that goes. I don't expect any problem, as it is performing very well, with membership heading for 650!

Don't Forget The Pinch Of Salt!

I wrote on Tuesday praising WBwso, and rightly so. It is one of the best HYIPs at the present time. But having said that, I must remind myself to take all claims of being a real business with a very large pinch of salt. This applies to WBwso, and all the other HYIPs who claim to be so involved. There is never any real proof that the businesses are real.

There is an excellent article on the MNO blog where Paul reminds us that all HYIPs without exception should be treated as Ponzis, no matter what claims are made.

Please do not believe in all the stories churned out on a daily basis to deceive you by dozens of HYIP admins and their cheer leaders. But the sooner you admit the fact that there is no real income in the HYIP industry, just a redistribution of funds between members, the better. This is still the quiet season. Many people are are on their summer vacation. However things are starting to look up, and maybe the the hyip "industry" which has been becalmed for so long is at last starting to come out of the doldrums. I see that the blank advertising spaces on MNO have filled up again, which must be a sign that things are starting to move again.

I have joined a few new HYIPs and hope to write about them soon. In the meantime I have added in new banners on the right of the screen.

Strict Pay Update

StrictPay Customers

We have spent numerous months trying to battle this situation with the banks and authorities that are holding the majority of our funds, as well as trying to keep StrictPay in business by making the changes outlined in the email update sent on 5-29-10. The problem now is that we are not making any progress on the situation with those two entities, and we have received more news from our legal team. They feel that with the latest developments with the frozen funds, that we are very likely looking at this issue not being resolved for at least 12 months as a best case scenario, and possibly up to 24 months as a worst case scenario. We still cannot speak of any specifics, other than to say (as we stated earlier) that two of the major merchants that accepted StrictPay as a payment option were being heavily investigated by the authorities, and we were pulled into that investigation as well due to them accepting us as a payment option, and even more so because all three of us had accounts with the same bank. Due to the frequency and volume of their requests, one of them found out which bank we were using and specifically got an account at that same bank in order to get funds transfers more quickly, as well as to save them some bank fees. Only a select few customers knew the location of our main bank containing the majority of our funds, and that will never happen again. This is also why we have always sent and received funds from banks other than the ones that hold the majority of our funds. We know it is frustrating for everyone, but we need to do what is right for our company, and that means that we cannot give any other detail on this legal matter. We want to stress again that there is not an issue with StrictPay being involved with these two merchants, but it is almost as simple as us having the majority of our funds in the wrong bank at the wrong time.

It is important to note that we had a similar situation happen to us quite some time ago with Stanford Bank, and we recovered from that without any issues that involved our customers or the time we took to process transactions for you all. As a matter of fact, we still have not had a single penny returned to us from that situation, but we kept being able to serve our customers none the less. It is also important to note that our owners have recently added just over $100,000 of their own funds to help us try to continue to process as many of the withdraw requests as we could these last few weeks. They did this even though we have not had much support since the original update was sent on 5-29-10, and the situation looked like it was going to get worse. We understand that we are very behind on many withdraw requests, but we have used this entire 100k with virtually nobody reporting to the various outlets that we have indeed paid them. 70k of this money was used for processing bank wire withdraw requests, including some to exchanger services in hopes that they would continue to work with us, 20k was used to process debit card withdraw requests, and 10k was used to process check by mail withdraw requests. We have not gotten very many deposits, and we have even held off on processing ACH deposit requests until now when we received a better update concerning the situation. We would hope this shows that we are not just trying to get new funds so we can run, as seems to be one of the widely reported rumors circulating. That being said, we will need new funds to support us in the future, as we will outline below, but this is not in order to accumulate funds for ourselves, but rather to help all of our customers recover their own funds more quickly.

With this latest news of the possible best and worst case time frames it is likely to take to resolve this issue, we are only left with two choices to keep StrictPay in business. Those two choices are:

1. We put StrictPay on hold until this issue with the frozen funds gets resolved. This is going to take somewhere between 12 and 24 months to resolve, and during that time our customers would not be able to get any of their funds out of their accounts. This would mean that there is essentially no more StrictPay activity until this situation is resolved, and we feel that this option does not help anyone in the short term.

2. We keep StrictPay in business and activity continues, including the customer support, transaction processing times, etc. that you all have commended us on in the past before this current situation caused us to fall behind. We do this by creating one sub account for every current StrictPay account, and start each sub account with a zero balance. We allow all current accounts to work as they are now, and all people that make deposits, or receive funds transfers, from this new sub account to another new sub account, will have their funds go only into their new sub account. Each customer's older accounts with their current balances can still be used to send and receive funds if they wish, but the balances on those old accounts cannot be used to withdraw funds. We think this is very important as it allows customers and merchants to use these accounts freely again, and you will eventually get these funds moved to the sub account that can be withdrawn out as we will explain below. We have been told that many merchants are not taking StrictPay because they feel they are stuck with "dead funds", but with the system we will explain below this will not be the case. The new system is a great way to build and work with your current account, and over time those funds will get moved to your new sub account that can have funds withdrawn from it.

To continue with number two above, here is how the new system will be implemented. Any withdraw request from a current account will be refunded back into that account. New customer sub accounts will be the same StrictPay account number but older current accounts will be the same account number with a "-1" after them. This way customers and merchants alike will know exactly what customer account sent the funds (either a sub account which can have withdraws, or the older StrictPay accounts with a "-1" that cannot have withdraws). New sub accounts will only be able to send and receive funds to/from other sub accounts, and older accounts will only be able to send and receive funds to/from other older accounts with the "-1". With this new system in place, if customers begin to use our services again as they have done for well over 2 years, we will then start to take no less than 0.75% of the 2% Send Funds fee every few weeks and credit that amount to the sub accounts of every customer. This same credited amount will also be taken out of the older account, and thus customers will be able to again begin to gradually see their funds move from the older accounts that do not allow withdraws, to the newer sub accounts that will allow withdraw requests.

We obviously feel that number two is the better of the two choices. Now it is very important to realize that this will only work if people use our services like they did before. We would hope that will be an easy choice for people to do, as this will help everyone eventually receive all their funds, as well as the fact that our superior customer service was what made us as big as we are now. StrictPay in fact started many of the trends you see in the payment processor industry today, such as the live chat support option, and shorter stated customer service reply time frames that were actually met. We have always been proud of the fact that we were heralded as having the best customer service in the industry, and this will continue after these new changes are implemented. We are sure that some will say they would not use us again, even with the implementation of these new changes, and to those people we would ask "Why?" Before this happened, StrictPay was a top option for many customers and merchants, and if we truly wanted to just fold up shop and disappear without trying to help our customers, we would have done so before dumping over 100k of our own money into trying to keep this afloat. We also will continue to use what is universally considered the best DDOS protection company, one that is not even connected to this industry, and we would not continue to pay for this service if we wanted to just close up shop.

Implementing these changes also allows us to offer better withdraw limits for our customers. We will still leave the "real time" withdraw request time frames in place so you can see how long requests are currently taking to process, but keep in mind that it will take the first few days of withdraw requests being entered into the system to really become accurate. Here are the new withdraw request maximum limits:

Wire withdraws: $100 minimum and $7,500 maximum
Debit card withdraws: $10 minimum and $1,000 maximum
Check by mail withdraws (available to U.S. customers only): $10 minimum and $2,000 maximum

Please keep in mind that we still have the following options available for depositing funds, and all options will be "no fee" options until further notice: ACH (for U.S. customers only), bank wire, and personal check, money order, or cashier check by mail.

StrictPay continuing to do business should also be welcome news to one of the bigger merchants (and their customers) that were using our services until they had to put things on hold for sometime. There is word that they are about to begin processing refunds to their customers, and once they make a deposit into their new sub account, they will then be able to start refunding StrictPay customers as well. This in turn will provide us with fees from the transfers that we will use to help to move funds from the old StrictPay accounts to the newer sub accounts that you can withdraw from.

The bottom line is this: If people use our services by depositing funds into their new sub accounts (which can also be withdrawn from at any time), and use us as one of their main payment processor options again as they always have, then we will recover from this. Eventually then ALL customers will get their full balances moved to their new sub account over time, and things will be back to normal more quickly than if everyone had to wait up to 24 months in hopes that we recover all of our funds. Lawyer fees will not allow us to get the entire amount back, but we do not foresee anything else cutting into that recovery amount. We all have a lot to lose if people choose not to continue to use StrictPay as a payment option, but we can all only gain if everyone uses StrictPay as they always have in the past.

We would like to leave you with this one last question: What do you have to lose by using StrictPay again, knowing that we have always been there in the past for our customers without issue? If you still have a need for an online payment processor, then why not choose to use StrictPay as you always have.

As always, we appreciate you choosing StrictPay as a payment option, and we shall see over the next few months if everyone will actually help us get back to a sense of normalcy using this new system.

To be honest I think this situation is very serious, and I have my doubts that Strict Pay will survive. In which case a lot of people will lose a lot of money. But at least they are trying to be proactive in saving the situation, and I sincerely hope they succeed. I have always found them a very good and helpful processor.

Germany Gone!

So Germany's out of the World Cup. It doesn't really effect me one way or another, as I have little interest in football. However I was in Berlin last week when Germany defeated England, and found myself in the middle of the crowds celebrating that sweet victory. It was impossible not to be affected by the emotion of it all!
The match was shown on large screens in the Tiergarten (park).
Afterwards the crowds streamed in their thousands through the Brandenburg Gate, along Unter Den Linden, and by the Berliner Dom, into the east of the city.

I have removed the Top Financial banner, as there are reports of delayed payments.

Since my last post Staunch Finances closed shop, and Vario Fund turned scam.(probably was from the beginning)

Rock Solid Fund is having major problems. Tony appears to be doing his best to compensate those not in profit.He states (on MMG)

Money will become available, and i will still be here to make sure it is distributed correctly, I have a a major task in making sure everyone is treated fairly and it will take some time so try to be patient. The only thing I can't handle is the abuse from some members as I am not a scammer.

It is very important to realise that the vast majority of them are only games, and for some to win. others must lose.Above all we must not get emotionally attached to any hyip, or any admin, or else we will be devastated when they eventually crash and burn, as they always do. Some people treat these games as a religion, and the administrator as a messianic figure, and if anyone says anything that is perceived as being negative, that person is castigated as a blasphemer!. So read David's article, and learn.

We are now rapidly approaching the summer, which is one of the hyip low seasons. (The other is the Christmas/New Year holiday period) Only a few of the current hyips will survive, and it is impossible to predict which.

Hydro No More --- HAR HAR HAR

Unfortunately Hydro-funds has ceased trading.
The Admin Kevan (alzander on MMG forum) Posted the following yesterday:

Hi

Ok listen up guys. Upgrades are disabled !!!!!! All Sp & STP pendings are paid and a few LR's

On the 7th of may just before the 1st load of upgrades expired hydro had 595 members
with 394 active.

Since this time upto today hydro has 792 members thats 197 new members of which about
70 upgraded.

So 394 active on 7th , 70 new active members should read 464 active. But yet only 349 active today.

What it means in reality 115 members who joined hydro at the start have left with their profit from x amount of upgrades.

Called a HAR in the hyip industry, We will never stop it happening even when a program like hydro comes along
with me dedicating 6-7 hours a day for almost 30 days, paying as quick as you can withdraw a times.

I understand members wanting to get in and get out as quick as they can, but the 26% profit they made from each upgrade
could off and should off been a lot more spread over a longer period.

Some some reason SP and STP members seemed to upgrade again sometimes multiple times over a period.

Almost all the members who left with their profit used LR, hydro has some of the best supporters here on mmg, but also some of the worst hars as an admin i have seen, It really has opened my eyes to how we all play the game.

I am so sorry to all my members who continued to upgrade every other day or so even although
they seen what was happening, thanks guys and i am sorry.

It also appears that recent posts, yes my posts included have set for stampede in LR withdrawals .

It seems that many members were sitting on their account for a long time without even logging in
therefor no way of telling what was due out untill they login and withdraw

Thus the problem is that Pendings in LR exceed LR funds in hydro. I am so disapointed with the outcome
as i really really thought i could make it work otherwise why would i put so much of my time into it.

Before anyone starts shouting thief, scammer, I told you so ect, have a think about the words you use, Why wait almost
30 days, I could of been away with $30,000 after day 12 but i never.

So where do i go from here, well hydro has taken $63,389.00(minus pp fee's not sure what they are) $750.00 in sales, rc, ect that i put in the pot, and paid out $61,201.71, Only $600.00 Lr remains, 1st thing is to refund the $200 or so upgrades since server time
then the rest goes to pendings who are not in profit, I see it no other way.

Stp & SP will continue to be paid again to members not in profit after i refund what upgrades were made today from server change.

I hope you understand the above explanation regarding refunds for todays upgrades, then pendings.

Ok let the shouting begin, but please remember almost 30 days paying, i know its nothing to write home about but
i will still be here and pay untill its dry.

I believe Kevan did his best to run this fairly. He did not pretend that it was anything other than a game.
The HARs (Hit and Runners) are blamed by him and others on MMG Forum for the premature demise of the program. But is that fair? It has been well demonstrated in the past that the only way to make money in these programs is to get in early, and get out fast.

In my own case I put in $100, and withdrew every day or two until I received the full 126%
Having got that (on Monday last) I put back $50.00 (against my own better instincts)) and the next day the game is over. (I don't think I will get any refund because I made the payment by Liberty Reserve) So I am at a loss. If I didn't upgrade again I would be in profit, but categorised as a HAR.

So if we are involved in these games to make money (aren't we?) it seems HAR is the only way to go. I wish that wasn't the case.
